Nordic Film Cinema is Norway’s largest cinema business. They are a part of Egmont which is one of Scandinavia’s largest media houses with over 5,000 employees in more than 30 countries.
I have been working with them to improve their online experiences in ticket sales, through a mobile first approach where most of the online traffic occurs.
Working closely with user data, we were able to re-organise and re-prioritise the user flow, creating a more seamless experience that also better expressed the brand promise.
We considered the entire experience from awareness and purchase to cinema admission and after the show.
Initial high-level experience and technical mapping helped us scope and plan the right features from the customer’s point of view.
